Re:       Midwest Clinic Room Assignments /December meetings

The John Philip Sousa Foundation committee meetings are to be held December 17 & 18 at the Midwest Clinic. This year the Midwest Clinic will be held at the McCormick Place West.  If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, simply take the bridge on the 2^nd floor, which connects, to the Convention Center.  The meeting rooms will be to your left (2^nd floor) as you enter the Convention Center. The Board of Directors will meet at Convention Center Room CC20AB on the 2nd floor. All committee meetings will be held in Convention Center Rooms CC20 A, B, & C. The Sousa Reception will be at 6:00 PM in the Conference Center Room CC21 on the 2nd floor.
